The Navey Family

I recently had the opportunity to hang out and shoot a few photos of Courtney, Laura and their one month old, Gavin. I met Courtney and Laura a few years ago and have shot a bunch of weddings and various other things with Courtney since then. Being a photographer he already had a ton of shots with Laura and Gavin but not so many of the entire family. Just check out his blog. Every post on there right now with the exception of one is about Gavin.  He’s not a happy dad at all. :) While I was over having lunch and talking shop we took time out to get a few. The light in their room was amazing! The shots below are all natural light.

    I was wondering when their baby was going to arrive! I love that last picture of him yawning. Wish you were here so you could take pictures of us with Eli. :) (if he’d ever GET HERE.

    holy cow!!!! these look awesome! I know I have them at home but I haven’t really gone through them yet. So awesome! Thank you so much for shooting and coming over to plan our next year of side projects.
